Our entire process is conducted through our secure online platform, which includes: a client portal for document upload and secure messaging, video consultations via Zoom or Google Meet for any discussions, electronic signature for engagement letters and authorization forms, secure e-filing of your tax return and FBAR, and encrypted communication for all correspondence.

We serve clients in over 150 countries across every time zone. Whether you are in Tokyo, London, Sydney, or São Paulo, we accommodate your schedule. Consultations can be scheduled at times that work for you, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

The online process actually offers several advantages over in-person meetings: documents are securely stored and accessible from anywhere, communication is documented and searchable, you can review and approve your return at your convenience, and there is no need to carry sensitive tax documents through the mail or across borders.

Our client portal uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption, and all uploaded documents are stored securely with access limited to your assigned tax team. We take data security seriously because we understand our clients' sensitive financial information crosses international borders.

If you prefer a phone or video call at any point in the process, we are happy to accommodate. Some clients prefer a video consultation for the initial discussion and then handle everything else through the portal and messaging. Others prefer all communication in writing. We adapt to your preferences.
